About appointments.
- Appointment times
- We start with an initial consultation that can be between 25 and 45 minutes depending on what is requested.
- Appointment overruns
- Our doctors do all they can to accommodate an extended appointment request. Should you require more time please let reception know at time of booking, additional consultation fees apply.
- Missed appointments
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours beforehand. Less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance on the day, incurs a 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late please let reception know on 01243 771455 as early as possible.
