Hormones are a part of life, but all too often hormonal imbalances in men are ignored or overlooked.

Many men experience significant symptoms that affect their quality of life, energy and confidence unnecessarily.

We believe in early intervention and tailored care.

Getting started

A consultation comes first.

A consultation confirms whether a treatment suits you before anything is booked. Treatment prices are confirmed at consultation.

What we help with

Specialist attention for the symptoms that are too often left unaddressed. An in-depth consultation starts with listening followed by investigation.

  • Andropause and age-related testosterone decline
  • Low libido and erectile difficulties linked to hormone imbalance
  • Fatigue, low mood and reduced motivation
  • Thyroid disease, detected early and managed carefully
  • Hormonal hair loss and thinning
  • Unexplained weight gain and loss of muscle mass

Your first consultation

Every treatment plan starts with a one-to-one consultation, where we listen to your experience, understand how your body feels, and log any changes you have noticed, whether in your libido, energy, mood, health, self-esteem or physical performance. We take a detailed medical and symptom history and review your health and wellbeing background.

We then assess which investigations you may need, such as blood hormone panels for testosterone, thyroid tests and bone health and DUTCH hormone testing where functional information is useful. *

From there we assess which investigations you may need and design a personalised plan.

  • Advanced blood testing for testosterone, thyroid hormones and other key markers
  • Prevention checks, including bone health, cardiovascular and prostate screening when indicated
  • DUTCH hormone testing, where functional information is useful
  • Guidance on supplementation, nutrition and exercise

Treatment options

  • Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and other treatments to rebalance hormone levels
  • Non-hormonal alternatives
  • Prevention checks, including DEXA scans and ultrasounds where indicated
  • Lifestyle support: diet, bone health and metabolic care

Results and follow-up

Many patients notice improvements in symptoms within four to eight weeks of starting treatments. We typically review you after three to four months to assess how treatment is working, then move to semi-annual or annual follow ups once symptoms are balanced.
