Anti-wrinkle injections
Meyer clinic offers muscle relaxing injections, using small injections of Botox to relax the movements of muscles and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in a natural, fresh, and lifted appearance. Dermal Filler
Dermal fillers are an injectable made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the body and that helps to hydrate the skin and add volume.
As we age, our natural stores of hyaluronic acid and collagen begin to deplete. Our faces become more prone to a loss of volume, particularly around the cheeks, eyes, mouth and jaw line that can lead to deep, static wrinkles.
MESOTHERAPY
Mesotherapy is carried out for patients by Dr Meyer and the treatment uses a series of superfine injections of vitamins, minerals and amino acids cocktails which are specially created for the individual and delivered into the mesodermal layer of the skin. This bespoke infusion can contain up to 50 nutrient-rich ingredients nourishes and rejuvenates the skin while also stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, both essential for skin’s natural elasticity.
SILHOUETTE SOFT®
The results of Silhouette Soft® are immediate. Skin is lifted and refined. The treatment also has a regenerative effect over the next 18 months as the suture is absorbed by the skin, stimulating the body to produce collagen. This continues to redefine facial features while maintaining volume.
Dr Meyer is highly skilled in Silhouette Soft®, having been one of the first medical practitioners to train in and offer the procedure in the UK.
This unique procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic and as such can only be delivered by an experienced medical practitioner. The treatment uses absorbable sutures, similar to dissolvable stitches in surgery with minuscule, re-absorbable cones that hold the suture in place. The suture thread is made of poly-L-actic (PLLA) and is gently drawn through the skin with a fine needle. It is absorbed by the body over time, leaving no scars.
